IBC 2021 Pushed to 2022: Contact ND SATCOM for the Latest in Amplification and Control Units
Friedrichshafen, Germany, 29 November 2021 - The ongoing pandemic impacted the trade show IBC, which has been postponed to 2022. ND SATCOM had planned to participate in this live event, where the opportunity to showcase the latest additions to its product portfolio would have been a major highlight. Nonetheless, ND SATCOM looks forward to participating in 2022 and welcoming its customers and interested visitors alike.
IBC aside, this is an opportunity to communicate some of those highlights, exemplifying German-made, technological excellence:
- HPA 4-Series - The latest addition to the TWTA sphere, these high power amplifiers feature the smallest indoor chassis on the market as well as improved usability, enhanced performance and ease of maintenance. Specifically, sought-after features include new graphics and event logging, reduced gain time, reduced intermodulation, and upgrades with Linearizer and block up-converter.
- RCU 6000 - This next-generation redundancy control unit spans control of a single HPA on up to six active transmission chains. The reliability of the RCU 6000 with fanless operation and redundant AC supply is the foundation for failsafe ground systems. Plus, its modern GUIs assist in quick installations of complex uplinks.
An additional highlight is our "coming soon" product: the highly-anticipated antenna control unit - ACU 6000. Michael Nebel, Head of Product Management & Training stated, "The touchscreen and new 'Live View' WebUI will be a totally new experience for the user. Based on a newly developed hardware platform, the ACU 6000 will be the cutting-edge solution for antenna control tasks." Stay tuned.
