High Power Amplifier
ND SatCom offers a range of Ku-Band and DBS Band HPAs that can be delivered either as indoor or outdoor versions. In addition, 500W Tri-Band (C/X/Ku) outdoor units are available. Optional are models offered with an integrated BUC (block up-converter) and/or with a Linearizer.

Redundancy Controller RCU 6000
Redundant RF chains with up to 6:1 transmit paths are controlled by the RCU 6000.
The wide touchscreen with a life view block diagramm highlights the active chains and marks faulty components.
You configure the redundancy logic at the wide touchscreen or remotely with your PC or tablet - the GUI looks identical. With its powerful processor and fast LAN links ultrafast switch-over is achieved. And more tasks or devices can be added and uploaded by a customized firmware.
Waveguide Switching Systems
The Waveguide Switching System is ideally suited to the RCU series and HPA (Ku-Band / DBS-Band) series manufactured by NDSATCOM. Predefined cable sets enable easy integration of the complete redundant system in standard 19 inch indoor rack or dedicated designed outdoor frame. The best choice for high performance redundancy applications.

Antenna Control Units (ACU) 6000 Series
The Antenna Control Unit (ACU) 6030 FIX STATION controller is easy to operate with its touchscreen. The built-in Antenna Control and Tracking System (ACTS) aligns the antenna within less than 10 minutes to the selected satellite and maintains the link within <0.1°. The ACU 6030 Indoor unit communicates either via serial line or Ethernet with outdoor ACUs co-located at your large ground station antennna. The ND SATCOM Antenna Control & Tracking System (ACTS) manually controls or automatic tracks manufacturer-independent antenna systems pointed towards geostationary satellites.
